HOT ! Daou Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve｜ Other Products

DAOU Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is the bottle that put Paso Robles on the map as a world-class Cabernet region — and it keeps proving that point vintage after vintage. Emblematic of Paso Robles as a destination for Bordeaux-style wines, the Reserve opens with intense aromas of black fruit, pomegranate, tobacco, mocha, and bay leaf, with trailing notes of clove, nutmeg, and vanilla as it opens in the glass. The palate is lavish with creamy tannins delivering stewed blackberry, nutmeg, and light anise, while opulent textures expand across the palate concluding with velvety tannins and impressive length. Aged 18 months in French oak, the Reserve builds deeper concentration and structure than a standard Cabernet while keeping the approachability and clean finish that makes DAOU so consistently beloved. Wine Enthusiast called it "always reliable" and awarded it 93 points. Pair with grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, or aged cheese and let Paso Robles do the rest.
